TAP-TAP DASH · We read every message
Email vadcsupport@gmail.com. One person answers these, usually within a couple of days. Telling us your device and what you were doing when it went wrong saves a round trip.
Tap every green target before it vanishes. Gold is worth double. Cyan freezes your taps while the clock keeps running, and red costs you points, so leave both alone. Chaining greens without missing builds a combo.
A round is 30 seconds. Reflex Mode is different: twenty stages over one fixed layout where only the timing tightens, and a stage is cleared by hitting every green without missing one and without touching a red.
Scores, your display name and Reflex Mode progress are stored on your device rather than in an account. Clearing the app's data, uninstalling it, or clearing your browser storage deletes them permanently, and there is no way to recover them afterwards.
Scores you posted to the worldwide leaderboard stay on the leaderboard, because those live on our server rather than on your device.
Everything held on your device goes when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Nothing is left behind and no account survives, because there is no account.
To remove a name and score already published on the worldwide leaderboard, email vadcsupport@gmail.com with the display name and roughly when you played, and we will delete it.
The game is fully playable offline; only the worldwide leaderboard needs a connection. If it cannot reach our server it quietly falls back to showing the scores from your own device, labelled as such. If that persists while everything else online works, please tell us.
Email vadcsupport@gmail.com with your device and OS version, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the problem is with one specific round, the code shown in the corner of the results ticket identifies it exactly and is genuinely useful to include.
Purchases are handled by the store you bought from, not by us, so refunds go through them: the App Store via Apple's "Report a Problem", or Google Play through your order history. If a refund is refused and you think that is wrong, email us and we will see what we can do.
The game respects your system "reduce motion" setting: turning it on stops the flickering and pulsing, which matters if you are photosensitive. Targets are labelled for screen readers. If something is still unusable for you, we would genuinely like to hear about it — email vadcsupport@gmail.com.
