By playing TAP-TAP DASH you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. They are short and reasonable. The summary: play fair, be decent, and enjoy.
TAP-TAP DASH is an arcade reflex game. It is free to play in your browser, and also sold as a paid app on Google Play. Either way we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it for your own entertainment. We may update, change or discontinue the game (or any feature of it) at any time.
You choose the display name attached to your scores and shared challenge links. Do not use names that are offensive, impersonate others, or include personal information you would not want made public. You are responsible for what you share and who you share it with.
Scores are meant to be earned with your own two thumbs. Automating gameplay, tampering with score data or exploiting bugs to inflate scores spoils the fun for everyone. Please don't.
The game, including its name, design, artwork, sounds and code, belongs to its creator. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Where the game was paid for, our total liability is limited to what you paid for it, and refunds are handled by the store you bought it from under that store's refund policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
